Head Coach
Head Coach is responsible for the training program, that all practices are NICA compliant, that students follow training and team rules, works with outside training consultant to ensure high outcome training. The Head Coach coordinates ride groups and ensures groups are led by trained and competent ride leaders and that groups are skill level appropriate. The Head Coach and Assistant Coach will conduct pre and post-ride huddles.

Assistant Coach
The Assistant Coach supports the head coach in all of the above activities. This position may be used as a “Head Coach in Training” position.
(Level 2 Certification Minimum - Level 3 Preferred)
